How to Improve Doing Something People Hate

Ep. 3 – Are you looking at me?

Show Notes:

Drew talks for about five minutes on the importance of maintaining eye contact when speaking in public.

Teach – Eye contact is key to connect to an audience. Even when you are using notes. You should not just read your speech to an audience.

Tip – Practice makes perfect. The more times you do it, the easier it is.

To Do – Try this tip, Make contact with one individual for a sentence (or 3-5 seconds) and then move onto another person. You don’t want to stare at one person for the entire speech. But doing that you can make eye contact with a number of people when you speak
